REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow any exchange. On a case-by-case basis, under extenuating circumstances, at our complete and sole discretion, a 5% fee will be deducted from the transaction if a refund is warranted. The credit card used will be refunded in USD at an exchange rate valid when the credit is issued. All shipping fees and international duties & taxes are non-refundable. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and fees or penalties levied by their bank.
